A lot more than you probably think. But if you plan to get one, you have to finesse the degree’s lingering image problem.
Yesterday Google showed off its forthcoming Chrome OS, leaving many to wonder how exactly the company will monetize it. The answer: it won’t. Since Google derives 97% of its revenue from online ads, it simply wants you using a computer that is always online. Specifically, it wants you on a computer that is one click [...]
You’re counting on your 401(k) to provide a cushy retirement. Or at least food, shelter, and a broadband connection. But many investors undermine their savings plans without even knowing it. We’ve compiled a list of the most common mistakes, and explained how to avoid them.

I thought the same thing... until I read a great field report of
someone using it for endurance mountain bike racing.
Aside from the glare issues (solved with clever mounting or screen
protector)... he really liked it.Post here of the Oregon: (this is about adjusting for sun glare in
desert riding) - RE: [NER] GPS units
I have a hard time believing a touch screen would work under our standard
rando conditions. (wet, gloves, salt spray, tired food covered fingers,
etc.) I would suggest going to best buy with your cycling gloves and poke
the touch screens and see for your self.
The Colorado is nearly the same device with a button and dial interface. - GPS units
Just a comment or two for anyone thinking about buying a GPS unit. After some input from other riders and research of my own, I bought a Garmin Dakota 20 in Sept and have been experimenting with it since then. In my personal opinion, this is as close to the perfect unit for our type of riding as you are going to find. It has a multitude of feature but two very important ones for us. - Re: [NER] Fwd: [SFRandon] Enjoyable 2 part video from 1950s England on CTC bike/rail trip
I am very pleased that they covered the proper way of hanging bikes on
rubber coated hooks when being transported by train. This method was
approved after careful investigation by the Cycle Touring Commission of
the International Touring Alliance.I wish the Cycle Touring Commission of the International Touring

There is always the possibility that some brat will run off with the
stamp as a souvenir, but the staff should have a stamp as a backup.
The stamp from the box is the only option after hours, but I believe
most parks are officially closed after dark anyway.

Greylock has a small restaurant on the summit open June-September.
Great hamburgers at Fenway Prices! - RE: [NER] dcr Passport
Depends on what passes for food...Wachusett (and I believe Borderland
does as well) has vending machines and drinking fountains.
- Bruce - Re: [NER] dcr Passport
I don't know Bruce. When I look at the procedure to secure the stamp I
have a difficult time believing this program will last. It will require
the stamp user to pay attention to procedure and be thoughtful of the
next user.
Read the process, The (re-rock) might be a problem assuming they get
that far. LOL - Re: [NER] dcr Passport
I wonder how many passport stamps one could collect during a fleche?
Aside from the ice cream stand at Great Brook Farm, I don't know of
any state parks that offer food service of any sort.
