fuer die Glueckwuensche, Blumen und Geschenke zur Diamantenen Hochzeit. - Re: neppach
Albert Neppach did not emigrated to Canada, his daughter, Rosalie, and her cousin, Albert, (not Neppach) went to Canada. She married a farmer Ferguson. I am their son.
Please contact me at bcamarest@yahoo.com - Re: Neppach
I and my older two sisters are the children of Rosalie Ferguson, nee Neppach, sister of Carl & Albert. They were the children of Carl & Catherine Neppach. Carl Neppach was born in Esslingen, Germany. One of his brothers? was a wine merchant in Germany. At one point the family was involved in a publishing house in Germany. My grandfather had an upholstery/furniture business in lower Manhattan.
Let me know if we are related. My mother Rosalie had two brothers. - Re: My RUCH Family Tree
Hi Krystie
I recognize a great deal of my own research in what Walt gave you, so I thought it would be OK if I jumped into the conversation.
I just created a pdf file which shows the Ruch line going back in time from Samuel J. Shock.
I discovered that Ancestry won't allow me to attach that kind of a file here.
But if you send me your e-mail address I will send you the file.

Wow Walter! I am blown away by the amount of research you have done!
I am doing research on my husband's family tree. Do you know if Luncinda Ruch is a part of your family tree? She married Adam L. Shock and gave birth to Samuel J. Shock. I believe the 1910 census places the family in Ohio.
Any information you may have would be greatly appreciated! Krystie Rafko - Andrew J. Rugh
Andrew J. Rugh, b. abt 1826 in Ohio. Lived later in Fulton co., IN. Married (1st) Sarah Onstott? Married (2nd) Martha Babcock?
Had children, probably by Martha: Schuyler, Sarah J., Emma, Andrew Edward, and William C.
Anyone know who the parents of Andrew J. Rugh were?
Phil - Re: Eliz. B. Ruch b.1843 PA marr. John Woodmansee 1861
I think I have your Eliz. See http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&d...
Have we talked before?
Phil - Eliz. B. Ruch b.1843 PA marr. John Woodmansee 1861
Elizabeth B. Ruch b.1843 in Stonehill, Conestoga Twp, Lancaster Co, Pennsylvania married (1861) John Woodmansee b.1845 in either Ohio or Michigan. They had William b.1862, Cora Belle b.1864 and Margaret Callie b.1868. I have a picture of Elizabeth Ruch I can share. I have very little info. on John Woodmansee which I would like to find more about. Elizabeth Ruch's father was John Ruch Jr. and mother was Margaret Miller, apparently both born in Germany, but settled Lancaster Co, Pennsylvania. Thanks George g.bailey@comcast.net - Joseph Lothringer
My G.G. Grandfather was Joseph Lothringer born in France in the 1700's-early 1800's imigrated to America with wife Selma Erion Little and children. Maiden name is questionable on Selma. She was born in Prussia. Any information will be helpful and appreicated.

katrina - Re: how we say it / in WI
I think ur Emil is son of my Paul and Adeline Hossman Ruch. They are buried at Wesley Free(dom) church adeline died in 1933, Paul died 1929. Lots 15-03,15-04 southeast Carroll County, MD. I grew up here and not sure where the actually lot was. I have lost the paper work in a 6 yr period, but Paul, wife Adeline, brother Chas, Son Emil, daughter Mary came to Baltimore Paul was a wheel wright and daughter was an infant in 1880 census, Emil was a teenager and they are listed as being born in Prussia( which no longer exsist after WW2.
Your Emil may have mentioned a brother Will or given name William born 13Feb1882-July1966. His offsprings were Nellie(my grandmother), Anna, Carl, Clara, Elizabeth, Fred, Donald. The only one still alive that I am aware of is my great Uncle Fred and he was not born til 1934, so he never knew his grand parents. He hung out with my dad that was born 1935. - Re: Ruch Geneology
More info would be helpful. About when and where did your father/grandfather live? What were the names of your Dad's brothers/sisters? Per
